We're a collection of people who love having fun
and are intentional about building community.

Why FI?

FI is a shortform for FIRE - Financial Independence Retire Early, which means making work optional forever, while you're still young enough to enjoy it - yay!

But we found that FI is better with friends, so we started this community back in 2017 and it has been growing and collecting new friends ever sense. In practice this means things like hosting weekly potlucks, music jam sessions, happy hours, finance classes, workouts, welding lessons - really whatever anybody is interested in and wants to share. 

It's a fun, vibrant community which has members from around the country, but a home base at our "HQ" building in downtown Longmont, Colorado. 

And oh yeah, you can use our space for actual co-working too! We have four private office areas and a bunch of open desks and tables where you can come by with your laptop and work either solo or in the company of other cool humans.
